The enhanced Matrix™ 360 CMA provides the ability to automatically generate a list of properties comparable to a given subject property, whether those comparable are current listings, recently sold (or otherwise off market) listings, or recent sales from tax data which have no corresponding listing sale. In addition to the one-click comparable finder there are also newly created pages with a more modern look and feel in the quick and full CMA reports. We will not cover creating a full CMA but show examples of what the new features are in the enhanced 360 CMA.
