Voter Information

The Central Carolina Association of REALTORS, Inc. would like to encourage all of our members to VOTE and take an active part in shaping the future of the real estate industry and our local community.

Common Questions about Voting:

1. How do I know if I’m registered to Vote? You can click HERE to enter your information. This will take you to the NC State Board of Elections “Public Voter Search”. This will also tell you where you can go to VOTE.
**The civilian voter registration deadline in North Carolina is 25 days before Election Day.

2. What do I do if I’m not registered to Vote? Voter registration forms are here at the CCAR office, just come by and fill it out. You can also fill out your voter registration form online by going HERE.  This form can then be mailed, faxed, emailed, or delivered in person to your county board of elections.

3. Will I be required to show my ID? If so, what type of identification is acceptable? The VOTER ID WEBSITE has all of that information.

4. WHERE can I Vote?  If you already know that you’re registered, and didn’t do a voter search, you can find your polling place HERE.

5. Who do I VOTE for? Voting is a personal choice, and we encourage you to VOTE for the candidate that you think will best serve the interest of our industry and community as a whole.
