Elective: 16 Mistakes Brokers Make/Code of Ethics

It can be easy to make a blunder in the real estate business now and then. We just want to minimize those blunders. This course is case study based where agents will look at fact situations and decide the BEST course for the brokers involved. The resources include, NC license law, Realtor Code of Ethics and just doggone good common business sense. This 4 hour course also satisfies the NAR Code of Ethics requirement.
